Conversion kit CW 800 E to version 2025 for all CW 800 E capstan winch until October 2025

The conversion kit contains all the parts required to convert a CW 800 E capstan winch purchased before October 2025 to the technical standard of the CW 800 E - Model 2025, thereby benefiting from the improved functions. The conversion takes around 20 minutes and detailed instructions are included. Both capstan heads have been widened in the new CW 800 E model 2025. The rope wrapping area on the Ø 55 capstan head has been increased from 8.5 cm to 10.5 cm, and on the Ø 110 capstan head from 6.5 cm to 8.5 cm. In addition, a knurled surface has been integrated at the end of the capstans, which increases friction and reduces the pulling force required by the operator. The maximum pulling load remains unchanged at 400 kg and 800 kg respectively.
The rope guide jaws have also been redesigned. They now surround the respective capstan head, ensuring better rope guidance and significantly less rope wear.
Due to the redesign, the rope entry and rope exit also had to be renewed. The corresponding parts are included.
