RUNPOTEC is a leading manufacturer and developer of specialist tools for the electrical industry
RUNPOTEC’s main production site is located in Strobl near Salzburg – 5 km from Bad Ischl – and includes a branch company, Runpotec Produktion Strobl GmbH.
RUNPOTEC manufactures in its own technology centre, which currently covers 8,000 m² of floor space and is situated on a 30,000 m² site.
The expansion of the current technology centre to a total of 12,000 m² of floor space will be completed in 2027, ensuring sustainable development at the Strobl site.
To ensure the sustainable growth of RUNPOTEC and the associated corporate headquarters in Thalgau, RUNPOTEC is currently developing the RUNPOTEC CENTRE in Thalgau, 10 km from the city of Salzburg.
A technology development and sales centre covering 12,000 m² is to be built on the company’s own 20,000 m² site – completion is scheduled for 2030.

KonstrukteurIn (techn. ZeichnerIn) mit Schwerpunkt Innovation/Entwicklung (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Innovative Produktentwicklung im Bereich Kabeleinziehsysteme
- Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Fertigungsanlagen für unsere betriebseigene Produktion
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme/Produkte
- Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung von Prototypen und Sonderlösungen (in unserer modern ausgestatteten Werkstatt stehen modernste Technologien wie 3D-Druck, Fräs-, Dreh- und Schweißtechnik zur Verfügung).
- Projektbegleitung vom Konzept bis zur Konstruktionsfreigabe
- Zusammenarbeit und intensive Abstimmungen mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung z.B. HTL-Maschinenbau, ElektroinstallateurIn, MechatronikerIn, MaschinenschlosserIn - oder ähnlich.
- 3D-CAD-Kenntnisse
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse

Details zur Stelle:
- Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Stunden)
- Dienstort: Thalgau
- Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag
- Eintritt: ab sofort möglich
Gehalt:
Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei 3.400,00 € brutto pro Monat (auf 38,5 Stunden Basis), das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das Gehalt wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt.
Überstunden:
Anfallende Überstunden werden teilweise in Form von Zeitausgleich abgegolten und teilweise ausbezahlt.
