Conversion kit CW 800 E to model 2026 for all CW 800 E capstan winch until October 2025

| The conversion kit contains all the parts required to upgrade a CW 800 E capstan winch purchased before October 2025 to the technical specifications of the CW 800 E – Model 2026, thereby benefiting from the improved features. The conversion takes around 20 minutes; detailed instructions are included. On the new CW 800 E Model, both capstans have been widened. The rope wrap width on the Ø 55 capstan has been increased from 8.5 cm to 10.5 cm, and on the Ø 110 capstan from 6.5 cm to 8.5 cm. In addition, a knurled surface has been integrated at the end of the capstans, which increases friction and reduces the pulling effort required by the operator. The maximum pulling load remains unchanged at 400 kg and 800 kg respectively. The rope guide jaws have also been redesigned. They now encircle the respective capstan head, thereby ensuring better rope guidance and significantly less rope wear. As a result of the redesign, the rope entry and exit points have also been revised. The relevant parts are included in the scope of delivery.
