FTTH Crimp sleeves set - 50 pieces made of brass Slim and secure connection of fiber optic cables to the pulling tape Ø 3,3 mm

The FTTH crimp sleeve set was specially developed for the particularly slim and secure connection of fibre optic cables to the FTTH pulling tape Ø 3,3 mm. The crimp sleeves ensure a reliable and resilient connection between pulling tape and fibre optic cable, allowing fibre optic cables to be pulled into fibre optic protective ducts from an inner duct diameter of just 4 mm.
To use, the crimp sleeve is pushed over the fibre optic cable and then pressed with the RUNPOTEC crimping pliers. Depending on the cable diameter, the crimp sleeve is processed step by step with crimping stages 1 to 3. Each stage is crimped twice towards the cable end to ensure an optimum connection.
"Tab 1" of the crimp sleeve is then passed through the eye, hooked in and permanently crimped with crimping stage 4. This creates a secure and resilient connection between fibre optic cable and pulling tape that prevents it from tearing out during the pulling process. After successful installation, the crimp sleeve can be quickly and easily cut off and removed with side cutters. The set contains 50 brass crimp sleeves and is ideal for professional fibre optic installations in fibre optic protective ducts.
In combination with the FTTH pulling tape Ø 3,3 mm, this connection method enables the installation of fibre optic cables without blowing technology in buildings or for feeder lines from distribution cabinets over a length of up to 120 m.
